CONKERS
In Year 1 and 2 our teachers are Mrs Woods and Mrs Fraser.
This term our learning theme is Food and Growth. As part of
this we went on a visit to Prego’s, a restaurant in Buckingham. We
were able to taste lots of different kinds of food and to make our own
pizzas.
We have also looked at what is growing in our school allotment.
In our English lessons we have learnt how to write instructions, we
are now planning and writing our own stories.
In Maths we have been solving number problems and learning different
ways to sort and show data.
We have to be more independent in Year 2, to do a lot more things for
ourselves.
